- Is the £2,500 fully inclusive?
- Yes. The figure covers consultation, the procedure (3,500 to 4,000 grafts), PRP therapy, complete aftercare kit, scheduled check-ins, and a 12-month review appointment. There are no additional clinical fees on the day. Finance is optional and starts from £57/month if chosen.
- What if I need more than 4,000 grafts?
- If your hair loss pattern requires more grafts than a single session can deliver, we discuss this honestly during consultation. Most patients fit within a single 3,500–4,000 graft session. For larger cases, we can split into two sessions and quote you transparently before either is booked.
- Are deposits refundable?
- If you cancel with at least 7 days' notice, your deposit is refunded. If you cancel without notice or don't attend, the deposit may be retained — this is so we can offer the date to another patient. We'd rather have honest cancellation policy than hidden cancellation fees.
- Is finance interest-free?
- 0% interest finance is available over 12 months at £208 a month, subject to credit status. Longer plans (24, 36, 48 or 60 months) run at 12.9% APR representative, with the longest term giving the £57/month figure. We'll talk you through every option — many patients pay outright; others prefer the structure of monthly payments.
- Why is it cheaper than London clinics?
- Lower overheads in Leeds, no celebrity-branded showroom, and a deliberate decision to keep the practice accessible. Our parent practice (UrgentCare Dental) built its reputation on £20 emergency dental appointments. The same philosophy applies here: clinical excellence shouldn't require a five-figure budget.
