When you book a consultation

Thirty minutes, this is what happens.

A free video call with the team that would actually treat you. No sales script, no pressure to commit. Three short stages.

1. i.

   First ~10 minutes

   We listen.

   You tell us about your hair, your history, what's been changing, what you're considering, and what you're hoping for. We don't interrupt; we don't pitch.

2. ii.

   Next ~15 minutes

   We assess.

   Donor density, hair loss pattern, realistic graft count, whether surgery is the right path or whether non-surgical PRP or PDT would serve you better. We say so honestly — no upsell.

3. iii.

   Final ~5 minutes

   We answer.

   Any question, any concern, however small. After the call we email you a personalised written plan and the same £2,500 figure we quote everyone. Then we leave you alone, until you decide.
